Dissemination of the Policy
Harmony & Hope Home Care Agency, LLC will communicate its non-discrimination policy to employees during orientation, through written announcements, staff meetings, and training. Additionally, the policy will be prominently displayed on the information bulletin board.
For applicants and consumers, the non-discrimination policy will be provided during both the intake and renewal processes. Information on where to report or file a complaint of discrimination will be conspicuously posted in the office for easy access.
